Calling and then coming to Admiral Tire & Auto was a great experience. I had a very flat tire (punctured by a razor blade!), and they were able to repair the tire for me. I was very happy to avoid having to get new tires! On top of that, they were professional, very friendly, and very fast. I’ll definitely be back when I actually need to get new tires.

I brought my classic car there for a mechanical fuel pump replacement. They did a great job, performed the work timely and at a reasonable rate. I called other places who said they couldn’t do it or gave an outrageous estimate. I would definitely take my car again.

Not happy with my experience, left with problems that my car never had before.

We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. When it comes to working with tires on a vehicle, it is preferable for our company to provide the products to ensure their quality and suitability. Working with customer-supplied parts can sometimes be more challenging or not the optimal choice for the vehicle. In the case of replacing all four tires, an alignment is necessary to uphold the tire manufacturer's warranty. If this alignment is not performed, the manufacturer may reject any warranty claims made by the customer. However, it is still within the customer's right to decline this service, even against our recommendation and the manufacturer's guarantee. Additionally, vehicles with over 165,000 miles can have underlying issues that may have contributed to the need for tire replacement in the first place. In order to comply with the manufacturer's warranty and based on the test drive and visual inspection, simply replacing a symptom may not resolve the underlying problem. We would be more than happy to further discuss the issues with your vehicle and work towards a resolution. Please feel free to reach out to us so that we can address any concerns you may have.

I don't know what it is but every time I go to some type of auto repair shop I always feel like I'm going to get screwed. The gentleman at Admiral was very professional. I was flying out of town the next day and was able to drop my vehicle off on a Thursday it was done on a Friday but I was still out of town not returning until Monday morning. Left the vehicle over the weekend and picked it up on Monday. Vehicle was fixed and it was in a safe location. Thanks for a great job.
