I went to Admiral for the first time after I was referred there. One thing is for sure, I’ll be back! I easily made an appointment over the phone and dropped my car off. I was pleasantly greeted and helped right away in their clean waiting room. The staff was professional & knowledgeable. I received a text to let me know when my car was done and a reminder of their operational hours of when I could pick it up. When I arrived, my car was waiting out front and I quickly paid and received a detailed invoice. As a woman, I have had countless negative experiences at auto shops where I was brushed aside or treated like an idiot. My experience at Admiral was the complete opposite. I will absolutely be back. If you’re looking for a great shop, Admiral is it!
