Maryland and Delaware Auto Repair

I found this shop when looking for well rated spots in the area. I called and was given a time in a few days to come by to have my car checked. When I arrived, I was seen right away. The assessment was quick and honest about what my car needed. Their truthfulness was much appreciated and the work they did so was done well. I'll definitely be going back.

Doug and his crew did a phenomenal job on my car! I wasnt excited about my car issues but they made me feel extremely comfortable about allowing them to fix it and was considerate about pricing. I loved the dad jokes and history lessons. I will be sure to return to the New Ark location in the future. I can now say that Ive found a trustworthy shop in Delaware!

Good personal, very professional

Admiral is an authorized installer for a third arty accessory I had installed. There were problems with the installation that appeared to be with the suppliers instructions. It required a second trip to get it right but they followed up with the suppliers instructions and kept in touch with me. Shit happens sometimes that is not in your control nor your fault but high service follow through makes the difference. They are extremely professional.

I selected Admiral Tire and Auto based on its overall good ratings and proximity. They identified a puncture on the tire shoulder which could not be repaired. I appreciate their availability and promptness of service. My only complaints are that I found comparative pricing (for my own future reference) at about $60 cheaper turnkey for install and new tire. Also, the brand new tire that was installed looked grimy and there was grease on the rim. I would suggest that they take a minute to clean up the tire and rim after install. Small amount of effort that would make a difference for the increased cost imho. If I buy a brand new tire I would prefer that it look so.

Had an appointment for tire balancing. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I'd recommend this business for your auto care.
