Completely honest and straight forward. Went through it with Koons ford and they absolutely messed with me. Charged me 2k and never told me what was wrong but said "it's running so whatever we did fixed it" even though they sent me out with a flat tire and engine light still on. Took it to merchants and within a couple hours they diagnosed the issue and had it fixed next day. Even stayed after hours to wait for me to get off work and pick it up. Great, honest and reliable!
Drove over something in the road. Hubby changed the tire to the little fake spare and we headed to Admiral. Although they didn't have a match for our tire, they ordered it and had it mounted on the rim and did a 5 minute install the next morning. Hats off to Sean and the team!!

My car was acting squirrelly on wet pavement, especially on cement bridges. Edgewater tire put on 4 new tires at a fair price and quickly. My car has driven smoothly on all road surfaces and conditions for 6 months. Sean was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and recommending good tires. He mentioned that their mechanic Leonard has been fixing cars there for 30 years. I recommend this business highly.
