I would like to start by saying I am extremely disappointed with Admiral Tire of Edgewater and Sean the manager at the location and want to warn future customers of the poor quality and workmanship of staff. My first incident occurred when I took my truck for an oil change. They did not have the right tool to use the oil filter hole so had to take off the whole skid plate. When I got home I crawled under my truck and noticed multiple screws were missing which they didn't mention. When I contacted the shop they said they had extra bolts ,but didn't know they went to my truck! When I tried to put them back in, the screws were stripped and I was left to make the fix myself with the shop's claim that it was like that. The second incident was the removal of a camera that was installed on my windshield. When it was removed the tint on the windshield was torn/ripped off. I called and explained the situation to Sean and he told me he wanted to think about the situation and get back to me. I never heard back, so I am taking that, as we do not care and it is not our problem. When I take my vehicle to a shop, I expect to get it back in the same condition regardless of the service. I would recommend everyone to think twice before you take your vehicle here because there is no guarantee what condition you will get it back in and good luck getting it fixed.

Service was quick. I only needed a patch for my tire but they could have put me behind everyone. Luckily someone was available to take care of it. Out in less than a half an hour. Friendly atmosphere and all around service
