I have been coming to Eric and his team for over 10 years. The guys are great. They are curtious, professional and reliable. They never push unneeded service or parts and any work done is great.

Overall a good experience. This was my 2nd set of tires that I have bought from here and both experiences were great. The one complaint that I would have is that this past time took way too long. I had work at 10am so I set an appointment for 8am to have 4 new tires (I bought them the day before) put onto my car. Well 10:15 came around and they came out and asked if I had enough time to do an alignment.. I would say that it is safe to say that this experience is not the norm with this store.. Nonetheless, the customer service is exceptional, but a long wait will bring it down to a 4 star.

I've been taking my cars there for years, and have always had a great experience. They are friendly, fast, knowledgeable and above all honest. They've done both big jobs and little for my cars, and didn't hesitate to tell me one issue was just a few loose bolts. I highly recommend them!

I'm a bit confused and suspicious. Nowhere on the building does it say "edgewater tire" is this business in the right location?? If this is for the edgewater Admiral tire branch, i'm in the right spot. They're usually friendly. Its odd, I've been there a dozen times in the last couple years, always wait and chat with the staff and none of them seem to remember me the next time I'm there. Maybe I'm self centered, but that's not typical. I usually get the "hey buddy...you're the guy with the...." on the second visit to a place. Memorable guy I guess... but not to them. BUT.. that aside. They don't push services on me like a lot of places like this do. I come in and ask for a tire patch or alignment and they do it. I rarely have to wait more than a day for an appointment and frequently just "stop in" and they can take my car on the spot, or "come back in an hour" type thing. I go there because they're the closest to my house. But I'm comfortable going there, even if it does bruise my ego a bit that they never remember me. In their defense, I probably have never brought the same car twice. Last inspection I got, they even replaced a blinker bulb for free. Or said they did. I checked the lights the previous day and they were all working. Maybe they were just trying to butter me up...

Whatever you need make sure you ask for Andy. He did a great job ensuring my car was safe! He is honest and very reliable! I want to personally thank him for the awesome job they have done on my vehicle.

These guys are very friendly and everytime I go in here, they get things done in a timely manner. I used to go to the dealership for oil changes and tire rotations, etc. and always waited for hours. These guys get it done quickly and cost less. Love this place.

Avoid this place. Poor customer service and will charge you for their own mistakes!

I needed new tires installed on my SUV and, after shopping around, chose Admiral Tire & Auto on Forest Drive. I wanted a specific Michelin that was not in stock; David (the new store manager) went above and beyond to get them ordered for me--they arrived the next business day. The cost of the tires with install was also slightly less than other places in Annapolis (including Sams Club). The appointment was quick, tires installed with no issue, and employees were all courteous. My husband's car will need new tires before winter and we won't hesitate to choose Admiral again. UPDATE: We recently bought four new tires for my husband's car--but we did not choose Admiral again. Our 5 star review is now a 3 star review. It appears David (the previous store manager) is no longer there and the two people my husband talked to were less than helpful. The tires he wanted weren't carried at this store and they couldn't be bothered to assist in ordering them. Also, they quoted us an install charge $40 higher than what we would have paid 3 months ago to install tires we brought in ourselves. If you catch them on the right day, you could have a good experience. No consistency means we probably won't return.
