some of the counter staff are snarly for no good reason and it took an hour for an oil change even though I had an appt and it was first thing in the morning

Went there to get a flat tire fixed. Guy told me to go somewhere else they had no tires. Didn't even check. Just said he had no tires and to go somewhere else. I did and they quickly fixed the flat. Always had good service in the past. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed.
