Since they asked for a review, here it is: I dropped my wife’s truck off before they opened. Put the keys in the envelope they provide. Wrote my information and checked all of boxes for the work I wanted done. I wanted the drivers side rear tire plugged as it had a nail in it, tire rotation/balance and a front end alignment. I was able to leave it for the day. Came back the next morning and all that was done was the tire was fixed. When I asked if anything of the other services had been done I got a “that’s all we were fixing was the tire”. I asked for the key envelope and before I could point to it the guy at the counter said “oh”. I didn’t have time to sit and wait for them to finish the job that should hav been done the day before and the man at the counter said they couldn’t do an alignment until noon. Instead they rotated and balanced my tires, right then for free as it was their mix up that it didn’t get done. Cool. I had enough time. I left their Annapolis location and didn’t even make it to Edgewater and the low tire pressure light comes on. I pulled into Wawa and the exact same tire that they “fixed” was flat again. Not only was the same tire flat, it was in the exact same drivers side rear position so they clearly did not rotate the tires. I could at least see there were new weights inside the rim, so they balanced but didn’t rotate. I called the store and spoke man who I dealt with when I left that morning. Explanned what I had found and my obvious displeasure since they couldn’t fix what I had asked for the first time and then half assed what they were able to do in the morning. The man asked me to bring it back and they would take care of everything. I didn’t have time for that since they already wasted part of my morning and I didn’t feel comfortable taking the truck back there when they couldn’t even rotate tires properly. I took it to my regular mechanic and they found that the belt inside the tire separated from the tire where the plug went in. No way to prove their plugging caused the complete failure of the tire but based on their performance it’s a pretty safe assumption. Now I’m spending $800 for 4 new tires, mounting, balancing and an alignment. I’ll never take my vehicles there again. Never expected a “tire shop” to screw up basic tire services so bad.
