I have had a great experience with Admiral, specially working with Cris, the manager. He is very honest and stands behind the work that they do. He made sure that I was taken care of, even though I needed to come back due to a tire sensor not working. In every repair he explained everything and I thought the pricing was fair. I also have a BMW which can be hard or expensive to service and Chris was very knowledgeable about my specific car as he also has BMW's.

I'm always so impressed with the staff and service - they are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel comfortable leaving my car with them. They are upfront about what needs to be done and they don't try to sell you on extra stuff you don't need. Really happy with them.

This place is horrible, my uncle has been going here for years and they always patched his tires if he got a nail in it. It was always fairly inexpensive which is why he went there. They changed the prices this time without letting him know and charged him $40 for a small nail puncture in the tire. Had I known they were going to cheat him I would have patched it myself with the patch kit I have. A patch on a tire should never cost more than $15 to $20 not the price of a used tire. Not only will I never go here again I will also inform everyone I know that this place is bad. Not the way you should treat loyal customers that have come to your place of business for years. I will also mention that my uncle mentioned it was cheaper in the past and they said they couldn’t patch it the same way they used to...... it costs about $12. For a patch kit that can patch at least 10 tires they are not expensive so charging this much is unacceptable
